Aaron Robbins

Aaron is an accomplished executive leader with nearly 20 years of experience in leadership, HR, project management, process improvement, and engineering. His personal mission is to make the world a better place to work. His passion for leadership and organizational development is evident in his successful track record of leading large organizations, resulting in enhanced employee capabilities, customer satisfaction, and project execution. He is actively pursuing a PhD in OB Psychology and holds an MS in I/O Psychology and an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds various certifications including SHRM-SCP, PMI-PMP, PMI-RMP, LSS-BB, and Scrum Master. He has been recognized as an exceptional innovator and leader contributing to organizational success, through individual awards such as the Government Civilian Exemplary Achievement Award and CSA Executive Award for Distinguished Performance and organizational accolades such as the 2018 San Diego Top Workplaces Award.

Dr. Drea Zigarmi

Drea Zigarmi is a Founding Associate and Director of Research for the Ken Blanchard Companies. He is also a faculty member in the Masters of Science in Executive Leadership Program at the University of San Diego School of Business. He has authored several books including Achieve Leadership Genius, The Leader Within, and Leadership and the One Minute Manager. He and his co-authors were recognized with the Elmwood F Holton and Richard A Swanson awards for research excellence by the Academy of Human Resource Development for articles in the Human Resource Development Review (2013) and the Human Resource Development Quarterly (2015). Dr. Zigarmi holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Norwich University, a master’s degree in humanistic education, and an EdD in organizational studies from the University of Massachusetts. His present research interests include topics of leadership power and employee work passion.

Jimmy Karam, a retired US Naval Officer, boasts 30+ years of diverse leadership in Academic and Operational Administration, Curriculum Development, Program Management, and Government Contracting. His dedication to teaching, helping others, and achieving exceptional performance underscores his career. Jimmy seamlessly blends performance psychology, business acumen, and military service to inspire high-performance teams in multiple industries. Jimmy is a seasoned professional renowned for his transformative and servant leadership style. He has a knack for parachuting into organizations, revitalizing their respective cultures by optimizing communications, fostering collaboration, and instilling a shared sense of purpose and drive. Most notably, at the US Naval Academy, he pioneered a STEM-centric Economics major, leading a faculty staff of PhD Economists, showcasing outstanding leadership and administrative skills for over 500 students.
